Real Estate Tax Abatement Assistance
Allobar Strategies Property Tax Consultants helps our members save money on their real estate taxes. For commercial properties, they’ll determine if you have you have good grounds to seek an abatement, take care of all the paperwork, negotiate with your municipality, and where necessary, represent you before the Board of Tax and Land Appeals. NH Retail Assoc members get a $50 discount off the administrative fee – normally $250, our members pay only $200. Allobar also has an online platform for residential properties, to determine if you’re eligible for a property tax rebate. You can offer this to your employees as a benefit of working for you. NH Retail Association members get 20% off the $99 municipal application fee for this residential program.
