Worker’s Compensation Insurance

The Association Members Workers’ Compensation Trust is our self-funded workers’ compensation insurance program that was developed specifically for Retailers & Suppliers, Grocers & Suppliers, Restaurants, Hotel & Hospitality Trade, and Golf & Country Clubs.  Not all New Hampshire Retail Association members are eligible – it will depend on your loss history and the sic code your business is classified under.  This program offers you money saving rates, top notch loss control, as well as dividend payment potential.  Our Workers’ Comp Trust has over 440 hundred member businesses, with premiums of over $2.7 million dollars. Since inception in 2004, we’ve generated $2.5 million in dividends to be paid back to participants. In addition, combined with our payroll service Checkmate Workforce Solutions, we offer Pay as You Go flexible payments, eliminating the workers’ comp payroll audit.
