The New Hampshire Retail Association was formed in 1966 to protect the rights of retailers at the state level of government. Although retailers make up the majority of our membership base, manufacturers, wholesalers, service providers, schools, restaurants, hotels, and other businesses also benefit from what we offer.
Businesses join the NH Retail Association for many different reasons. Some care only about our lobbying efforts and the legislative aspect of what we do. Our members know that we are an advocate for retailers at the state house, and we work hard to keep New Hampshire’s retailing climate strong and healthy.
In addition to our top-notch legislative affairs work on behalf of our members, The NH Retail Association uses our strength in membership to negotiate services for merchants that may not be available to businesses individually. Our members take advantage of a wide range of money-saving programs, including credit/debit card processing, a proven worker’s compensation insurance trust, and discounted electricity and natural gas.
