Board of Directors

The NH Retail Association is governed by a Board of Directors (listed alphabetically by first name) which meets quarterly. There are up to fifteen seats on our board, and our bylaws state that board members be representative of the various types and sizes of members, include independent and corporate retailers, and provide geographical diversity. The NH Retail Association is a 501 (c) (6), tax exempt organization that is supported by membership dues, sponsorships and event income.
