Workers’ Compensation Trust

The Association Members Workers’ Compensation Trust is a self-funded workers’ compensation insurance program tailored for Retailers & Suppliers, Grocers & Suppliers, Restaurants, the Hotel & Hospitality Trade, and Golf & Country Clubs. Please note that not all members of the NH Retail Association are eligible; eligibility depends on your loss history and the SIC code under which your business is classified.

This program provides money-saving rates, top-notch loss control, and the potential for dividend payments. Since its inception in 2004, our Workers’ Compensation Trust has grown to include over 440 member businesses and generates premiums exceeding $2.7 million. We have distributed $2.5 million in dividends back to our participants.

Additionally, in partnership with our payroll service, Checkmate Workforce Solutions, we offer Pay-As-You-Go flexible payment options, which eliminate the need for a workers’ compensation payroll audit.
